We stand behind our records and merch. If something arrives defective or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or normal wear.

Eligibility

Defective or incorrect items only, reported within 30 days of delivery.
Examples: warped/dished vinyl out of tolerance, excessive pressing noise, seam-split from transit, misprint, wrong item/size/color. -
Transit damage is covered—please keep all packaging and provide photos.
​
Not eligible: non-defective items (buyer’s remorse), opened/played vinyl that isn’t defective, minor cosmetic variations in vinyl color/sleeves, slight color shifts on apparel prints, normal wear, size exchanges.

How to start a claim (RMA)

Email support@[yourlabel].com within 30 days of delivery with your order #, description of the issue, and clear photos/video.

We’ll confirm eligibility and issue an RMA with next steps. Do not send items back until authorized.

For approved cases, we’ll arrange a replacement/reprint or refund. If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid label and instructions.

Vinyl records

Keep the inner/outer sleeves and mailer until your claim is resolved.

We may request a short video (e.g., warp check on a flat surface, audible defect).

If approved, we’ll replace (if in stock) or refund the item price.
​
Apparel & merchandise (made-to-order)

Printed garments are eligible only for defects or incorrect items.

If approved, we’ll reprint or refund. In many cases no return is required; if one is, we’ll provide a prepaid label.

Return shipping costs

We cover return shipping for approved defective/incorrect items.

Unauthorized or ineligible returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Exchanges
-
We don’t offer exchanges. Approved defects are replaced/reprinted or refunded.
​
Refund method & timing

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (or after we receive/inspect any required return). Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
​
Holiday/seasonal extension
-
Orders delivered Nov 15–Jan 15: defect reporting window extended to 45 days.
